Each custom at APC is made-to-order in your size and canvas of choice, therefore, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

Please be sure to specify size (e.g. US sizing/UK sizing, toddler/men's/women's) and discuss any special dates you are hoping to receive your customs by.

If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us before ordering and we will do everything we can to help!

If you have ordered the wrong size and reach out immediately, there may be a chance that we can adjust the size for you. This is NOT a guarantee and is dependent on whether our not we have started your custom pair.
