I got these as a birthday gift and needed them soon. I saw they wouldn’t come in time and decided to message the seller to see if anything could be done. The seller was super kind and understanding and got the shoes here the exact day I needed them!! The shoes are perfect and the even the presentation and drawing on the shoebox itself is amazing.
