HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Generally speaking, our team reserves 2-4 weeks to process a custom order from start to finish. If you have spoken directly with our team, then we may suggest a different shipping date. Here at AP Customs, we value our craftsmanship so we will get your custom shoes to you ASAP!

HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR PRODUCTS?

We price our products based on materials used, time it takes to procure the product and shipping costs. Commission pricing differs based on what you and AP Customs has discussed.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, AP Customs will ship internationally. However, pricing is based on current market prices for shipping and handling. All fees and/or customs charges will be paid by the customer.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, no. Here at AP Customs, we value the time, effort, and love that we put into a pair of customs for our clients. Since every pair is hand painted and made to order, exchanges and returns will NOT be accepted. All sales are final so if you have any questions, please be sure to reach out.

HOW DOES SIZING WORK?

All products listed on our website are sold in US sizing. If you are unsure about your size, please contact us with any questions before ordering as we cannot allow exchanges or returns if the wrong size is ordered.
